Terms and conditions of REPTILESHOPLY. 

1. GENERAL INFORMATION 
1.1 The terms and conditions are applicable on all sales, orders and agreements of Reptileshoply. 
1.2 By accepting an offer and placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. 

2. PRICES AND COSTS 
2.1 All prices stated on the website of Reptileshoply include 21% VAT. (The general VAT rate) 
2.2 The transport costs of your order depend on the size and weight. After you have placed your order you receive a confirmation stating these costs. 
2.3 Reptileshoply is authorized to change prices and conditions as long as there is no purchase agreement. 
2.4 All prices are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. 
2.5 Reptileshoply is not obliged to deliver products that are incorrectly prices as a result of printing and typing errors. 

3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS 
3.1 Products, which have been ordered and paid before 16:00 (4PM), will be processed and sent within 3 days unless stated otherwise on the website. Products ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday. Reptileshoply is not responsible for any damage caused by delayed delivery. 
3.2 Retileshoply takes the utmost care when receiving orders and sending out ordered items. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order is not delivered or incomplete. 
3.3 During the holidays, the delivery times are temporarily suspended until after the holidays. Holidays will be mentioned on the website. 

4. PAYMENT METHODS 
4.1 The purchase and sales agreement comes into being when you accept the offer and the general terms and conditions during the ordering process. You also need to meet the corresponding conditions. 
4.2 The total of your order can be paid via IDEAL, Paypal or bank transfer. 

5. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS 
5.1 We do everything we can to deliver you a perfect product. Reptileshoply recommends inspecting the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to inform us by email ([email protected]). Reptileshoply will always try to solve any problems or complaints in consultation with you and in the best possible way. 
5.2 You have the right to return the ordered articles delivered by Reptileshoply within 14 days of receipt. During the trial period of 14 days you must handle the articles and packaging carefully. You can only unpack the product to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. 
5.3 The articles can be returned within the trial period in the original packaging with a copy of the relevant invoice and only after notification of the return shipment to us by email. You are responsible for the payment of the return shipping costs. If the items are unused and undamaged and have been returned timely and correctly, Reptileshoply will refund the price paid, including the shipping costs for forwarding, at the latest within 14 days after return receipt of the items. 
5.4 If the articles delivered by Reptileshoply are not returned within the 14 days of receipt, the items will not be accepted. 
5.5 Some articles can not be returned, namely: 
* Reptile rack systems 
* Terrariums 
* Show displays 
* Custom-sawn aluminium profiles on request of the customer 
* Customized products that are not offered as standard in our webshop at the request of the customer 
* Specially ordered products at the request of the customer 

6. LIABILITY 
6.1 Any liability of Reptileshoply, of any kind, directly or indirectly, is excluded. Reptileshoply is also not liable for the damage caused by third parties in the execution of the agreement. Reptileshoply accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the products. 
6.2 Reptileshoply accepts no liability for possible damages for misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or inadequate delivery of orders and announcements as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication between you and Reptileshoply, or between Reptileshoply and third parties. Reptileshoply is not liable, unless there is gross negligence by Reptileshoply. 

7. MATERIAL CONDITIONS AND PRODUCT WARRANTY 
Pay attention: 
7.1 Warranty is according to the (factory) warranty conditions of the independent parts or this may deviate in consultation in advance. 
7.2 For a composite product (e.g. reptile rack systems, show displays etc.) applies a warranty period of 1 year. 
The warranty does not apply if: 
7.3 The customer has repaired the delivered products himself and/or processed or when third parties have repaired and/or edited the products. 
7.4 The delivered products are exposed to abnormal conditions or careless handling or contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and/or on the packaging. 
7.5 The inadequacy is fully or partially the result of regulations that the government has made or will make regarding the nature of the quality of the materials used. 

8. PERSONAL REGISTRATION 
8.1 Data is stored in the person registration of Reptileshoply when placing an order. 
8.2 At the written request of the customer, it is possible to make corrections in our registration unless the corrections prove to be incorrect. 
8.3 Reptileshoply does not, without legal reasons, or outside the purpose of its personal registration provide any information to third parties which may affect the privacy of the customer. 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 
9.1 Dutch law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply. 
9.2 All disputes between parties will only be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. 

10. CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE 
10.1 In a situation of force majeure, the obligations of Reptileshoply are suspended. If the period in which the force majeure occurs is longer than two months, both you and Reptileshoply have the right to dissolve the agreement without any obligations to pay compensation. Among other things, there is a force majeure in the event of malfunctions, import/export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at Reptileshoply. 

11. CHANGE OF CONDITIONS 
11.1 These conditions are deposited on the user’s website (www.reptileshoply.eu). The last registered version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is always applicable.
